WHAT ABOUT THAT WIN!
We are excited to announce that Waterside Bistro has won the MIA Marina Restaurant of the Year Award. This award demands a detailed submission and inspection which doesn’t just look at the food and drink offerings but also how the Bistro interacts and supports the local community, the business strategies it adopted for the change in our world that is the Covid 19, how staff are managed and rewarded, and marketing strategies to name but a few.
This recognition is a huge boost to our team who have worked hard and deserve this accolade. We hope you’ll congratulate them and we thank you for your continued support to Waterside Bistro as we have pivoted back to takeaway again. We have some new awesome take away packs including traditional afternoon teas and Italian grazing platters being launched on Friday 27th August. You can order ahead on our app to avoid waiting for your food and of course we love hearing from you on Instagram and Facebook when we post our latest news.

Practice makes perfect, so why not make practice fun in your lounge room whilst in lockdown! The Boat Master App allows you to master parking your boat via a simulator. Players have to berth different boats in varying conditions. It is designed to replicate the controls and conditions of berthing a real boat in a marina as closely as possible. The app features multiple difficulty levels and berthing conditions and situations, including:
A hands-on tutorial level explaining the different controls
Wind and Current which vary in direction and strength in different levels
Different berth locations and widths
Randomly timed thruster failure in higher levels
